What is your standard sampling and production lead time?
7–15 days depending on shape and decoration.Mass production: 15–45 days based on order quantity and glazing complexity.
Do your ceramic products meet global food-contact standards?
Yes. Our materials and glazes comply with FDA, LFGB, CA65, EC 1935/2004 and other international standards. Third-party testing (SGS/ITS) can be arranged.
What is your MOQ for custom ceramic tableware?
Standard MOQ is 3000–2,0000 pcs per design, depending on shape and finish. We also support lower MOQs for gift sets and promotional projects.
